Strategy & Innovation Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry scans, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic landscape assessments
• Support the coordination of analyst engagements with firms such as Gartner, IDC, and Forrester
• Assist in evaluating new service opportunities and developing business case inputs for market expansion
• Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CEO Office and Group Strategy team
• Prepare structured PowerPoint presentations and executive-level summaries for leadership
• Translate research findings into clear, insight-driven narratives and scenario analyses

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, research, or analytical roles
• Strong research and structured analytical capabilities
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation storytelling skills
• High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication abilities
