Strategy Innovation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and desk infrastructure to improve efficiency for traders, structurers, and sales teams.
• Develop data workflows and "plumbing" to connect APIs, market feeds, and internal datasets into clean, usable formats.
• Design visual analytics and market monitors covering macro themes, commodities, rates, and volatility.
• Automate manual or repetitive processes using scripts, pipelines, and lightweight applications.
• Implement AI-enabled market intelligence systems using LLMs, agents, and modern data techniques to enhance research and productivity.
• Collaborate with front-office stakeholders to translate practical desk needs into working technological solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science).
• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
• Experience building data workflows, scripts, or analytical dashboards.
• Strong fluency with modern AI tools and LLMs.
• A deep interest in financial markets and asset classes (equities, commodities, FX, etc.).
• Ability to work in an onsite capacity in London.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI agents, embeddings, or NLP.
• Experience with visualization platforms such as Plotly, Dash, Streamlit, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with derivatives or structured products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative trading or research environment.
