Strategy & Implementation Lead

About the Company

Boom is on a mission to level the playing field for the 110+ million renters in the US by making housing more flexible, affordable, and rewarding. Boom is building a suite of rental financial services for renters and property managers, including applicant underwriting, rent payment reporting, and integrations with the largest property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and successful implementation of Boom’s largest enterprise clients
• Act as the central owner for strategic partner programs, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met
• Lead complex, ambiguous initiatives such as scoping new GTM motions or solving operational bottlenecks
• Build internal infrastructure to support scale, including playbooks and reporting tools
• Structure problems and synthesize insights into executive-ready slides and narratives
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client use of the platform to drive engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ops, product, engineering, and leadership

Requirements

• 3 - 6+ years in management consulting or equivalent strategic roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex work-streams with limited oversight
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in structured data
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in proptech or fintech
• Experience working with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
