Strategy Implementation and Corporate Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to outline the next wave of initiatives required to achieve business strategy and objectives.
• Oversee main company strategic initiatives and provide visibility to senior leadership.
• Use data, analytics, and strategic thinking to identify needs for cross-functional alignment and modernization.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure initiatives are integrated across all aspects of the business.
• Animate networks of stakeholders to ensure consistency of transformation across the value chain.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to secure endorsement of strategic initiatives.
• Enhance the organization’s transformation capabilities and standards.
• Provide effective communication both upward to senior leadership and downward to the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sciences, Strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Extensive experience leading strategic initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams in a matrixed, international environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in the French language.
