Strategy & Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic co-pilot to CEOs to identify growth opportunities and solve complex business challenges
• Analyze ecosystem and market trends to generate actionable insights for product and investment decisions
• Develop and validate strategic hypotheses regarding monetization, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Build financial models and support investment decisions focusing on unit economics and scalability
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business scaling and execute key strategic initiatives
• Design and implement scalable processes and operating frameworks to support rapid growth
• Deliver C-level insights on performance, risks, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a high-performance environment such as Big 4, MBB, IB, or VC/PE
• Proven ownership of complex, end-to-end initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable solutions
• High proficiency in data-driven decision making and challenging assumptions with data
• Demonstrated bias for action and the ability to execute under pressure
• Degree from a top university
