Responsibilities

• Serve as the Strategy Lead for major client accounts
• Identify client needs and translate them into methodological approaches and project scopes
• Lead and manage a team of strategists, overseeing staffing and capability development
• Develop brand, go-to-market, communication, and customer journey strategies across online and offline touchpoints
• Conduct research-driven analysis to uncover human and cultural insights
• Present innovative strategies and key insights to existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with client leads and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an agency or digital agency in a planning or strategist role
• Comprehensive understanding of brand strategy, digital transformation, and omni-channel marketing
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and brand tracking tools
• Proficiency in primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Proven track record of managing multiple client assignments simultaneously
• Experience in team management, coaching, and leadership
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• User-centric mindset with experience applying design-thinking
