Strategy Consulting Associate

Responsibilities

• Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodologies and strategic recommendations
• Conduct primary and secondary research using proprietary tools and databases to inform client solutions
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to address key business questions
• Interview senior leaders, physicians, health insurers, and other external stakeholders
• Take ownership of developing reports, presentations, and other high-quality client deliverables
• Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client workshops
• Present findings to client audiences via teleconference or in-person meetings
• Proactively develop deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, business, economics, engineering, statistics, or a related field
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent conversational and business English skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in Boston, New York, or San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• GPA of 3.5/4.0 or greater
• A solid track record of extra-curricular achievement and leadership
• Knowledge of US and global health systems
• Additional language skills
