Strategy Consulting Associate

Responsibilities

• Work on small, 4-8 person project teams to solve critical business issues for senior leadership
• Drive critical workstreams on projects that rotate approximately every four months
• Develop world-class consulting skills, including analytical problem solving and executive influence
• Collaborate with experienced consultants to receive hands-on coaching and professional feedback
• Participate in the Analyst Development Program to interact with diverse cohorts across the enterprise
• Opportunity to rotate into a different line of business during the second or third year to gain diverse functional exposure

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Must complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2027 or earlier
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to tackle complex qualitative and quantitative challenges
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas compellingly
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, diverse team environments
• Must be located in the continental United States and able to work in a hybrid model
