Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide expert strategic advisory support in organizational strategy, business transformation, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and senior stakeholders within Dubai Government entities and government-related companies.
• Review, develop, and enhance policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and operating models to ensure alignment with government requirements.
• Support the drafting and implementation of rules, policies, and processes applicable across government companies.
• Conduct assessments of existing organizational frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement and institutional development.
• Develop strategic documents, implementation roadmaps, and high-quality executive reports.
• Lead discussions, workshops, and consultations with stakeholders to facilitate policy adoption.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on global best practices in strategy, governance, and public sector transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Mandatory experience working with Dubai Government entities, authorities, or government-related companies.
• Extensive experience in organizational strategy, corporate governance, and strategic transformation projects.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UAE government structures, regulations, and governance practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate availability is required for this 2-3 month contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, Strategy, or Public Administration).
• Arab national candidates preferred.
• Previous experience with Dubai Executive Office initiatives or government transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai Government operating models and strategic frameworks.
