Strategy Consultant - ATIOS

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business projects and teams to solve challenges, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage workstreams independently, identifying value opportunities and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Conduct detailed analysis, client interviews, and workshops to support strategy, GTM, and operating model design.
• Develop high-quality presentations to communicate strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong senior client relationships.
• Contribute to the development of Accenture Strategy offerings, assets, and thought leadership.
• Support business development through market research and proposal creation.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to strengthen consulting capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles, ideally within capital or commodity markets.
• Strong quantitative skills, including advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience in financial analysis, business case development, and interpreting financial statements.
• Solid understanding of global markets, trends, and financial ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, client engagement, and team leadership.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Strong academic background from a reputable institution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to industries such as energy, resources, Oil & Gas, or commodities.
• Experience with digital, analytics, or AI-related strategic engagements.
• Familiarity with additional quantitative modeling tools.
