Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of successful consulting engagements to address complex business, change, and technology challenges.
• Solve ambiguous problems by bringing structure and rigorous analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to business development and sales efforts, including client research and proposal writing.
• Collaborate with managers and senior managers to support the development of the Resources Strategy team.
• Assist in designing energy transition strategies, asset strategies, and new operating models for clients.
• Support large-scale transformation programmes and the integration of data and AI to drive decision-making.

Requirements

• Consulting or relevant industry experience in the Resources sector (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, or Renewables).
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, strategic challenges, and emerging business models.
• Experience or exposure to transformation projects, such as operational restructuring or organizational change.
• Understanding of how emerging technologies, including AI and digital solutions, deliver strategic value.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work effectively across diverse business and cultural environments.
