Strategy Business Partner - Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business managers to support strategic initiatives and business priorities across MENA Investment Banking and Global Banking
• Prepare and deliver strategic analysis, financial presentations, and business reviews for senior management
• Develop tailored presentations for Townhalls, senior visitors, and regulators by collaborating across lines of business
• Analyze and report key business trends, performance metrics, and financial results to support decision-making
• Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) operating model in Saudi Arabia
• Track and report P&L, expenses, and headcount for the MENA franchise
• Maintain the deal pipeline for MENA Investment Banking and monitor progress against revenue forecasts
• Analyze external performance using Dealogic and other tools, including competitor analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and dashboarding to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business management, finance, strategy, or consulting within financial services
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Sound understanding of risks, controls, and governance processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Global Banking
• Familiarity with deal pipeline management and external performance analysis tools (e.g., Dealogic)
• Experience supporting regulatory and audit requirements
• Experience working with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience with financial analysis tools
