About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business managers to support strategic initiatives and business priorities across MENA Investment Banking and Global Banking
- Prepare and deliver strategic analysis, financial presentations, and business reviews for senior management
- Develop tailored presentations for Townhalls, senior visitors, and regulators by collaborating across lines of business
- Analyze and report key business trends, performance metrics, and financial results to support decision-making
- Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) operating model in Saudi Arabia
- Track and report P&L, expenses, and headcount for the MENA franchise
- Maintain the deal pipeline for MENA Investment Banking and monitor progress against revenue forecasts
- Analyze external performance using Dealogic and other tools, including competitor analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and dashboarding to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business management, finance, strategy, or consulting within financial services
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Sound understanding of risks, controls, and governance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Global Banking
- Familiarity with deal pipeline management and external performance analysis tools (e.g., Dealogic)
- Experience supporting regulatory and audit requirements
- Experience working with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with financial analysis tools
