Strategy & Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement central strategic and operational projects within cross-functional teams
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic questions initiated by the board
• Conduct complex analyses and research independently
• Develop new business areas in collaboration with operational teams
• Communicate and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and analyze relevant KPIs to derive concrete measures for company development

Requirements

• Above-average university degree from a reputable institution
• 1–2 years of practical experience in Strategy or Business Development, ideally in consulting, financial services, industry, or a startup environment
• Excellent analytical skills and strong numerical understanding
• Strong personality suited for a dynamic scale-up environment
• High intrinsic motivation to drive impact within the company
• Fast learner with a structured way of working
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
