Strategy & Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board
• Conduct independent and complex analysis and research
• Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and analyze relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to develop the company

Requirements

• Above average university degree from a top university
• 1-2 years of practical experience in strategy, business development, consultancy, or financial services
• Stellar analytical skills and a distinctive understanding of numbers
• Strong personality suited for a fast-moving scale-up environment
• Quick perception and structured working methods
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workplace
