Strategy Associate III-Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making and scope complex problems
• Support execution and delivery of large-scale technology programs
• Assist in the design and implementation of transformation frameworks
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technology transformation
• Analyze source-system data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders across Global Technology and Lines of Business
• Create concise communication materials and narratives for senior management and executive audiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology strategy consulting or leading large-scale strategic technology initiatives
• Significant experience with PowerPoint for executive-level documents
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and planning
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of enterprise IT management, including infrastructure, product operating models, and risk management
• Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced data analytics skills
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Financial services background
