Strategy Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Data Center markets
• Track competitive intelligence, industry trends, and market sizing
• Monitor industry news, analyst reports, and relevant publications
• Assist in creating board materials, financial models, and ad hoc leadership requests
• Analyze business performance against established metrics to identify optimization areas
• Support day-to-day operations and communications for employees, investors, and the Board
• Assist in due diligence for M&A targets and inorganic market expansion opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operations
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and use data to drive results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence across all organizational levels
