Strategy Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute new AI-driven ideas to drive growth, such as new Go-To-Market actions and partner motions
• Own reporting to the management team regarding partnerships to provide visibility and suggest new initiatives
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation
• Set up and maintain best-in-class tracking systems to monitor business performance and enable data-driven decisions
• Identify and secure new strategic partnerships outside of Spain
• Replicate successful Spanish business models and use cases across other international markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or from a Tier-1 business school
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, a Startup, or Venture Capital
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the tech scale-up ecosystem
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making
• High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM software
• Fluency in French, German, or Italian
