Strategy Architecture and Capability Team Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

• Operationalise enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and minimum viable architecture guardrails.
• Own and facilitate architecture governance forums and decision-making processes.
• Act as Product Owner for architecture tooling, driving adoption and managing the tooling roadmap.
• Manage the architecture capability framework and associated learning programmes to improve team maturity.
• Maintain architecture risk, resilience, and technical debt reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Own the standard set of architecture artefacts, documentation templates, and playbooks.
• Lead internal team communications and facilitate team ceremonies, planning, and capacity management.
• Define and manage team OKRs and oversee ad-hoc internal projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, architecture governance, or assurance roles.
• Experience chairing technical or architecture governance forums.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document complex decisions.
• Experience in business management or adjacent operational roles.
• Ability to challenge constructively and maintain independence of judgement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating within a central governance function.
• Experience working in large, global, or highly regulated environments.
