Strategy and Transactions Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in business and financial modeling engagements, due diligence, valuation, and M&A activities
• Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
• Assist in preparing analyses of financial information, reports, and schedules for clients
• Prepare various analyses based on historical business data and provide forecasts based on industry metrics
• Ensure implementation of processes to improve budgeting and company forecasting
• Assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
• Supervise junior team members and keep management informed of progress and significant issues

Requirements

• Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, due diligence, or a similar area
• Strong accountancy background
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• ACCA or CFA membership
