Strategy and Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Follow up on RTA financial performance and centralized department progress to support status reviews and timely decision-making.
• Manage the statistical database and performance indicators (KPI) program, suggesting improvements to enhance decision-making accuracy.
• Support the application of the governance framework and monitor high-sensitivity strategic files and initiatives for deviations from plans.
• Execute prioritization tasks for strategic files and deliver decision-option inputs for leadership.
• Lead the delivery of periodic performance reports, performing analysis checks and handling recommended actions for executive consideration.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and recommendations for leadership issuance.
• Coordinate meetings for important projects and organize sessions for the annual Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF).
• Recommend improvements in the accuracy of key measures, regular reporting, and analysis standards.
• Execute cross-entity coordination and escalation routines to expedite risk and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
• 6+ years of professional experience if holding a Master's degree.
• 8+ years of professional experience if holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven expertise in KPI and Statistical Analysis.
• Experience in Strategic Project Tracking and Policy Implementation.
• Strong competency in Strategic Planning and Execution Management.
• Knowledge of Committee & Team Governance and Operational Excellence.
