Responsibilities

• Lead client facing engagements and join customer calls to track progress
• Own the onboarding and implementation process for healthcare clients
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to remove blockers
• Monitor client adoption and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Support documentation and refinement of internal implementation workflows
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication
• Take ownership of projects and client issues with a bias toward action

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, banking, or as a founder
• Experience in an operational or generalist role at an early-stage startup
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively in unstructured and ambiguous environments
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week
