Responsibilities

• Lead and launch strategic initiatives that directly power company growth and market expansion
• Identify market opportunities using research, competitive analysis, and internal data
• Design and run execution plans, defining priorities, timelines, and success metrics
• Drive AI transformation strategy with senior client executives
• Turn strategy into reality, pushing ideas from concept to measurable impact

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or high-growth startup operator roles
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on, execution-oriented problem solver
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week
