Strategy and Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to customer CXOs on business improvements
• Own end-to-end engagement strategy for collections, recoveries, and consumer experience
• Design structured experimentation frameworks and analyze results to refine strategy
• Partner with data science teams to operationalize behavioral models
• Monitor performance dashboards and resolve workflow issues to ensure campaign accuracy
• Develop KPI frameworks to translate data into actionable insights
• Improve underlying processes and systems in partnership with product and engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus
• High reliability and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
