Strategy and Operations Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights for strategic alignment and roadmaps
• Implement process improvement recommendations to close organizational gaps
• Lead operational transformation and predict future demand using data-based strategies
• Manage organizational design, including governance and communication alignment
• Lead post-merger integration activities and M&A planning
• Contribute to business development and internal firm initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across SEI service offerings
