Strategy and Operations Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels of the organization to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic alignment and develop roadmaps
• Implement process improvement recommendations to address organizational gaps
• Lead operational transformation initiatives using data-based strategies
• Manage organizational design, including skills alignment and governance
• Lead post-merger integration activities for M&A projects
• Contribute to business development and internal brand-building initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across SEI service offerings
