Strategy and Operations Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels, from C-suite to the shop floor, to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic alignment and develop roadmaps
• Implement process improvement recommendations to address organizational gaps
• Lead operational transformation initiatives using data-based strategies
• Manage organizational design, including skills alignment, governance, and communication
• Lead post-merger integration activities and manage Integration Management Offices
• Contribute to business development, hiring, and internal brand-building initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across SEI service offerings including Strategy, Process Improvement, or M&A
