Strategy and Operations Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels from C-suite to the shop floor to deliver on strategic initiatives
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic alignment and develop roadmaps
• Identify process gaps and implement recommendations for organizational improvement
• Define organizational goals and lead operational transformation initiatives
• Ensure effective alignment of skills, responsibilities, and governance across organizations
• Plan and lead post-merger integration activities
• Contribute to business development, hiring, and internal brand-building initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across SEI service offerings including Strategy, Process Improvement, and M&A
