Responsibilities

• Work with clients from the C-suite to the shop floor to deliver strategic initiatives
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic alignment and develop roadmaps
• Identify process gaps and implement recommendations for improvement
• Use data-based strategies to define organizational goals and lead transformation initiatives
• Ensure effective alignment of skills, responsibilities, and governance across organizations
• Plan and lead post-merger integration activities
• Contribute to business development, interviewing, and internal brand management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across SEI service offerings including Strategy, Process Improvement, Operational Transformation, Organizational Design, or M&A
