Strategy and Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Leverage data to identify key opportunities for growth across multiple practice areas
• Drive alignment of key stakeholders across functions including marketing, product, client success, legal, and operations
• Synthesize data to report on department performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Identify bottlenecks and use knowledge of case management programs to improve efficiency
• Identify platform features to increase productivity and work with development teams from ideation to implementation

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, or finance
• Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Exceptional ability to synthesize information and deliver actionable plans
• Advanced analytical skills with experience delivering data-driven recommendations
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple high-priority projects
