About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Statistics Therapeutic Area leadership to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with portfolio priorities
- Drive operational excellence and consistency in processes to enable data-driven decision-making
- Lead cross-functional project delivery from ideation to execution, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end financial planning, including budget projections, vendor spend tracking, and risk management
- Optimize resource allocation for internal and external teams to support pipeline objectives
- Facilitate strategic discussions and collaborate with project leads to escalate and manage key risks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and technical innovation
- Author leadership messaging and change management communications for diverse stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in project management, stakeholder engagement, and best practices
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business Management, Life Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (MBA, MS, PhD, or PharmD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment
- Proven track record in program or project management, delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or similar advisory roles
- Proficiency in analytics platforms, Microsoft applications, and SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in AI and Automation technologies
- Experience driving organizational change and managing complex dependencies across enterprise functions
