Strategy and Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve cost, schedule, risk, and quality dashboards
• Assist with due diligence, data rooms, and external deal materials
• Support project tracking, schedule milestones, and critical path analysis
• Draft presentations, one-pagers, and memos for executive and external stakeholders
• Document standard operating procedures and process playbooks
• Provide meeting support including agenda preparation and action item tracking

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in construction management, consulting, investment banking, or operations
• BS in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills for board-worthy materials
• Familiarity with project management concepts like Gantt charts and critical path

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to data center infrastructure, co-location, or real estate
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
• Interest in AI infrastructure and power markets
