Strategy and Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve cost, schedule, risk, and quality dashboards
• Assist with due diligence, documentation, and data room preparation for deals
• Support project tracking, including schedule and milestone tracking for campus builds
• Draft presentations, one-pagers, and memos for internal and external stakeholders
• Support daily operations by preparing agendas and tracking action items
• Help document standard operating procedures and playbooks

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in construction management, consulting, investment banking, or operations
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• BS in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong written communication skills for preparing executive-level materials
• Familiarity with project management concepts like Gantt charts and critical path

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to data center infrastructure, co-location, or real estate development
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure and power markets
