Strategy and Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows in People and Care functions, identifying ownership, handoffs, and friction points
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and data points to track and optimize business operations
• Support the design of dashboards and operational reporting to provide leadership with clear performance visibility
• Identify opportunities to simplify or strengthen processes, including roles, SLAs, and documentation
• Prepare concise analyses, summaries, and readouts to support faster team decision-making
• Support ad hoc assignments to advance portfolio visibility and operating rhythm across Strategy & Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
• Structured thinking skills with the ability to organize ambiguous topics into clear questions and next steps
• AI fluency and the ability to use AI-assisted tools for research, synthesis, and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; willingness to learn SQL for repeatable analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor depth for different audiences
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of English; Arabic is a strong plus
