Strategy and Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to customer CXOs on business improvements
• Own end-to-end engagement strategies for collections, recoveries, and consumer experience
• Design structured experimentation frameworks and analyze results to refine strategy
• Partner with data science teams to operationalize behavioral models
• Develop scalable reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
• Lead execution and monitoring of A/B tests to optimize service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Relevant data analytics experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and Tableau or other BI tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in consulting or product management

Preferred Qualifications

• Tier 1 college graduate from the 2025 batch
