Strategy & Analytics Senior Lead, Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Act as the analytical DRI for fulfillment, owning north-star metrics across brand supply, retailer demand, unit economics, and quality.
• Own the experimentation strategy, including A/B testing and causal-inference approaches like synthetic matched-cohort designs.
• Drive product analytics by measuring discovery, conversion, and reorder behavior to identify product improvements.
• Lead brand-growth analytics to understand and accelerate the success of participating brands.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and GTM to tackle complex strategic questions and execute in-depth analyses.
• Uplevel the team by building scalable analytical processes and leveraging AI to automate workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role (product analytics, consulting, or business operations).
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to ambiguous problems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Deep experience in experimentation and causal inference.
• Ability to communicate actionable, data-driven insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• High degree of resourcefulness, curiosity, and the ability to learn new topics rapidly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience setting up data models and data pipelines.
• Background in marketplaces, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain analytics.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to enhance productivity.
