Strategy & Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience efficiency strategy by implementing quantitative frameworks to measure efficiency and identify opportunities
• Optimize growth opportunities and reduce inefficiency by identifying high-spend/low-return areas and leading cross-functional programs
• Own the customer experience cost data platform end-to-end, including model definition and pipeline building with Engineering/Analytics
• Attribute customer experience spend to specific policies, products, workflows, and customer cohorts
• Quantify the financial impact of operational and product choices to turn policy into P&L
• Bridge Operations and Finance through crisp reconciliation, driver-based forecasting, and explainable variances

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business operations, consulting, or finance
• Experience in a tech or marketplace environment
• Strong SQL proficiency and understanding of database architecture
• Proven track record of owning cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership (CFO/COO)
