Strategy Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical and analytical methodologies to solve complex business problems using structured and unstructured datasets
• Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, visually compelling presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with a high degree of ownership, communicating timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams to support client needs
• Leverage analytical tools and generative AI technologies to improve workflow efficiency and accelerate insight generation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field
• Experience applying statistical and analytical techniques (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing, segmentation) to solve business or research problems
• Proficiency in analytical coding environments and cloud-based data ecosystems such as R/RStudio, Jupyter Notebooks, BigQuery, or SQL
• Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools to improve analytical efficiency and support coding workflows
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex results with rigor

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Economics, or Operations Research
• Experience working with customer feedback and operational datasets (survey, contact center, or digital data)
• Exposure to Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), or Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs
• Familiarity with the Medallia platform or related experience management technologies
