About the role
Responsibilities
- Support quantitative research, survey drafting, and audience segmentation analysis
- Review campaign and business performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Use social listening tools to monitor conversations and extract actionable insights
- Conduct competitor analysis across campaigns, communications, and market positioning
- Spot cultural, technological, and category trends relevant to the client
- Turn research findings into insight decks, trend reports, and client-ready materials
- Maintain organized research libraries, documentation, and data sources
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic recommendations
- Strong written and verbal English fluency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in strategy, communications, media, marketing, or technology
- Experience with research methods or social listening tools is desirable
