Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy development across the MOL Group Chemicals portfolio
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to drive strategic decisions
• Evaluate growth opportunities, including organic investments and inorganic initiatives such as M&A and strategic partnerships
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams on early-stage strategic planning and business development
• Drive the Market Intelligence platform with relevant and timely insights
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technology developments to generate actionable recommendations

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, market research, consulting, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or knowledge in the chemicals or downstream sector
