About the role
Responsibilities
- Create compelling consumer profiles to uncover meaningful insights into behaviors and attitudes
- Conduct in-depth scouting into cultural trends, channel opportunities, and competitive activity
- Contribute to and lead strategic thinking on campaigns
- Write and lead the development of Creative Briefs
- Provide inspiration and act as a sounding board for creative teams during development
- Partner with Creatives to concept, explore, and push work
- Develop proficiency in research and client business data
- Build excellent relationships with creatives, accounts, and agency partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of strategy experience in a creative advertising agency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform critical thinking on the spot
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of cultural and social trends
- Ability to integrate industry, customer, and competitor insights into recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social strategy
