Strategist, CIO Office (FICC)

Responsibilities

• Design and build quantitative tooling to support FICC (Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities) positioning and analytics
• Develop quantitative screens, backtests, and signal frameworks for rates, FX, derivatives, and commodities
• Build AI-driven decision-making tools and analytics for senior investment leadership
• Implement automated risk-monitoring systems covering DV01, volatility, basis, and exposure
• Partner with senior investment leadership, risk management, and the firm-wide strats community
• Execute recurring capital and fund management operational initiatives

Requirements

• Background in quantitative research, strategist, or portfolio analytics focused on FICC asset classes
• Working knowledge of rates curves, volatility surfaces, derivatives pricing, and/or commodities markets
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs and modern AI tooling to analytical problems
• Familiarity with Bloomberg or comparable market-data systems
• Professional fluency in English
• Ability to work US market hours
• Strong ownership skills and the ability to operate effectively within ambiguity
