Strategist, CIO Office (FICC)

Responsibilities

• Design and build quantitative tooling to support capital allocation and risk decisions across the FICC footprint
• Develop quantitative screens and analytics for rates, FX, credit, commodities, and derivatives
• Build backtests and signal frameworks for various FICC strategies
• Create AI-driven decision support tooling for senior investment leadership
• Implement automated risk monitoring for DV01, volatility, basis, and exposure
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and execute recurring capital management initiatives

Requirements

• Background in quantitative research, strategist, or portfolio analytics with a focus on FICC asset classes
• Working knowledge of rates curves, volatility surfaces, derivatives pricing, or commodities markets
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs and modern AI tooling to analytical problems
• Familiarity with Bloomberg or comparable market-data systems
• Full professional fluency in English
• Ability to work US market hours
