Strategist, CIO Office (Equities)

Responsibilities

• Design and build quantitative tooling to support senior investment leadership in reading the equities and equity derivatives book
• Develop quantitative screens, analytics, and backtests for cash equities and equity derivatives
• Build AI-driven decision support tooling and signal frameworks
• Implement automated risk-monitoring systems covering exposure, factor crowding, volatility, skew, and concentration
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and execute recurring capital and fund management operational initiatives
• Partner with risk, business analytics, and the firm-wide strats community to ensure a holistic view of portfolio risk

Requirements

• Background in quantitative research, strategist roles, or portfolio analytics focused on equities or equity derivatives
• Working knowledge of equities factor models, attribution, backtesting, and equity derivatives pricing
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs and modern AI tooling to analytical problems
• Familiarity with Bloomberg or comparable market-data systems
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
