Strategist

Responsibilities

• Structure complex and ambiguous client problems into sharp strategic hypotheses
• Develop strategic narratives and high-quality pitch materials for C-suite pursuits
• Synthesize complex market and client insights into clean, executive-ready presentations
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across industry, solution, and partner teams
• Connect market forces and client priorities to Capgemini’s capabilities to build coherent strategic pictures

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• Strong problem-structuring and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities for client-facing materials
• High AI/GenAI maturity to drive internal and client-related efficiencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives
• MBA preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale client engagements, complex pursuits, or transformation programs
• Strong academic background in Organizational or Business Strategy
