Strategist, Agent Development

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents
• Design and refine conversational AI agents for complex healthcare workflows
• Drive execution and delivery of multiple high-visibility agent development projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare customers regarding AI strategy
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Design, launch, and optimize HIPAA-compliant agents
• Translate operational healthcare challenges into scalable AI solutions

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Genuine interest in improving patient and member experiences through technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or working with healthcare organizations
• Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA and PHI handling
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• MBA or experience at the intersection of technology and operations
