Strategist, Agent Development

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers to drive their AI strategies
• Build, design, and refine conversational AI agents
• Drive execution and delivery of multiple complex, high-visibility agent development projects
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders through the full development lifecycle
• Contribute data-driven, strategic insights to customers and internal teams

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations
