Responsibilities
- Partner with Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers to drive their AI strategies
- Build, design, and refine conversational AI agents
- Drive execution and delivery of complex, high-visibility agent development projects
- Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders through the full development lifecycle
- Contribute data-driven, strategic insights to customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving and risk mitigation
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field is a strong plus
- MBA or experience at the intersection of technology and operations is a strong plus
