Strategisk seniorrådgiver - Offentlig sektor

Responsibilities

• Develop and realize strategies, plans, and transformation initiatives for critical societal actors.
• Support modernization of services, governance models, and cross-sector collaboration.
• Work within sectors such as defense, health, central administration, or transport to solve complex organizational and technological challenges.
• Lead or participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and value-driven assignments for clients.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, project management, or process leadership.
• Proven experience working within the defense, health, central administration, or transport sectors.
• Master's degree or equivalent higher education.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex problem sets.
• Experience in areas such as strategy, digital transformation, data analysis, or organizational development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sales and market development activities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, service design, or product development.
• Expertise in digital transformation, AI, or cloud services.
