Strategischer Leiter Bau-Governance & Projekt Manager Capex

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic construction management, including the definition and monitoring of global standards for CM partners and general planners.
• Manage building permit processes and develop site-wide permit strategies for all investment projects.
• Act as the primary representative for the company in urban planning committees and with local authorities regarding building law.
• Implement SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards and coordinate construction logistics to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
• Manage Capex projects end-to-end, ensuring goals for schedule, cost, quality, and safety are met from initiation to completion.
• Define project requirements with internal users and manage risks, changes, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or comparable expertise (e.g., MAS in Construction Management).
• Proven track record in construction or project management of high-rise/building projects within the Swiss construction industry.
• Experience leading teams within complex matrix organizations.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and high precision in execution.
• Fluent German and professional English proficiency.
