Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to client stakeholders, translating high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps
• Leverage the AWS Well-Architected Framework to conduct deep-dive reviews for cost, performance, security, and reliability
• Guide the client through the adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows
• Champion DevOps best practices (CI/CD, IaC) and implement robust Cloud & Infrastructure Observability strategies
• Build deep relationships with both engineering teams and C-suite executives
• Provide high-level technical oversight during critical outages and lead root cause analysis

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AWS services (Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, and Security)
• Proven experience applying the AWS Well-Architected Framework to enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with modern observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, or AWS CloudWatch/X-Ray)
• Deep understanding of containerization (Kubernetes/EKS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with the AI landscape, including Amazon Bedrock and prompt engineering
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for workshops and QBRs
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
